Nextbuying Website - GST Refund in The Airport? (Non Australian Website)

Hi There,

I am about to purchase a phone from Nextbuying website which cost more than $500. I am just wondering will I be eligible for GST refund in the airport as I believe the website is not from Australia. Has anyone claim GST for purchase from Nextbuying?

I am leaving in 20 days.

    Not true.

    If they are based overseas, they won't have an ABN. They would have an ARN instead.

    The invoice must state an ABN and GST line item to claim back GST through TRS

  They need to have an ABN and charge you GST.
