Not everyone born in those years is a rat though, especially those born late January/early February
If the store is using that logic that means those bringing their 2020 newborn can only be less than 2 weeks old as of now for the 3 free drinks.
The offer isn't open to those born in 2020 though ;)

Seems like a great deal to me! Free bubble tea. I can't stand the stuff, but for those that enjoy it and are lucky enough to be nearby and born in the right year… This is great!!
