A bit confusing, however from what I can work out, the valid entry is via your Facebook page (specifically the post on 31/1/20 which a newer posts directs you to) along with the FB and IG page likes (and share for bonus).
Or are you also accepting entries via the IG comments? (hence the confusion… you have FB telling you to enter there, via that 1 post, then you link your Instagram post here in the competition post which in turn says to like your page (FB) which I am sure many there would not realise they are meant to do)
