Anyone Know Where I Can Buy Asahi Dry Zero in Melbourne?

Hi All,

I'm looking to purchase some Asahi Dry Zero (Zero alcohol) cans or stubbies from a shop in Melbourne. I found a site Alcofree in NSW that can ship a 4 pack or slab of this imported zero beer. However I was hoping I could pick up direct from a retail outlet or market instead.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Marjos

  • I'm pretty sure you can get them at some Asian supermarkets like Hanaro Mart in Brisbane. Perhaps it's the same down there?

Edit: Never really paid attention to the price so it might be expensive.

    • Will definitely look at the Asian supermarkets, especially in Melbourne CBD

      • I found another forum asking about it:

I don't know where they are talking about and it is a little old now but it does reinforce the idea that Asian supermarkets are the way to go.

        • Wow thanks again awesome stuff. Looks like I'll be visiting ARC Asian Grocers (Preston Market) and Fuji Mart (Prahran Market) very soon.

          • @marjos: Good luck. Hopefully I'm not sending you on a wild goose chase. I definitely have seen it at some of the Korean supermarkets around here. May have to give it a go some time.

Maybe if you talk to them they can give you a bulk discount or something.

            • @ozbs25: Not at all, it gives me somewhere to start. Much appreciated

  • I've never seen it on a wholesale list from most of the key Vic suppliers. Best bet would be order some from alcofree, should have a sticker of the importer, contact them and see if they supply anyone in Vic.

    • That's a great idea thanks mate

  • Ask Hughesy

    • Lol he was in Tokyo sampling these. I've had these myself in Osaka.

  • Hey mate, any luck finding this?

    • Sorry for the late reply mate. No luck so far. Also the Alcofree website mentioned above have paused this product too and are looking for a new supplier.
