    Bought this last sale and it does sink some of the seats claimed warranty ended up giving me $900 store credit and I get to keep the lounge too

        Well in the case of me trying to claim warranty to get it fixed, it wasn't worth fixing so they gave me a store credit. Initially was $500 but we managed to bump it up to $900.

      I bought this a few years ago and have this in the main lounge room. The back cushions have lost form and are not comfortable to lay back on. The seat cushions are still reasonably good form. Probably best to contact Amart and see if these issues are covered by warranty.

    Word of warning to all photocopy your receipt and leave it in a safe safe I had a $1400 leather couch which had all the foam fallout/collapse the bottom got it repaired and it happened again (1 year later) it was 9 years into warranty. They stated they would not repair it and gave me $300 store credit and for me to keep the couch.. i battled with them for a month posting stuff all over their Facebook and they finally gave me the full amount as store credit.
