What are some good mens underwear (trunks,boxers) brands that are worth the price and quality. I have been looking at some of the under Armour and bonds selections but there are mixed reviews and I didnt want to pay $25 for one under armour boxers if it wasnt worth it.

I would have a look at Calvin Klein in particular if you visit their Outlet Stores. They have 50% off the retail price plus 10% off if you are a member. Keep in mind look for Underwear that is made in Thailand , Vietnam or Egypt. Underwear made in these countries are usually have better quality stitching and the material quality is nicer.
The items from the subcontinent do not have great quality control, poor stitching, thin material etc.
Last time I when they have CK Modal Trunks made in Egypt on sale. You just got to know what to look for.
