The Good Guys Commercial Pricing Vs Retail

Hi all,

Looking at the G'Day subscription which gives you access to TGG Commercial, it seems a good opportunity to join.

https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/517888

I can see in the not too distant future a flurr of whitegoods purchases so it may be worth it.

Unfortunately I am unable see the prices to make a determination of the benefits of TGG commercial vs running around looking for / beating prices.

Does anyone have TGG commercial and be able to give a guide on the difference in price (say in percentages) between the Retail and Commercial prices?

Or is TGG Commercial not about pricing but about having access to other not readily available brands/products?

Help appreciated.

I have access, you have any examples you want checked. Not everything is on there but. Sometimes a large difference, othertimes very little.

A couple of examples (commercial vs normal):
    Dyson V11 Absolute 1140 vs 1199
    Vax VX63 229 vs 299
    Galaxy S10 128gb Black 1147 vs 1147
Nintendo Switch Neon 462 vs 469
    Samsung 50" RU7100 792 vs 795

  • I've noticed the savings lately on various items that I've bought haven't been as significant as they were previously but it's still worth checking.

Probably the best discount % wise was a Whirlpool Induction cook top - was $849 on sale at normal prices, $552 Commercial… (2017)
Saved a couple hundred for my father-in-law on a Panasonic 65" TV and about $150 on a Panasonic 55". (November 2019)
