Yep ordered on the 2nd, and still hasn’t been shipped.
Mine was delayed too. This is what they said:
Thank you for placing an order.
We do apologize for the inconvenience because we are currently experiencing delay delivery due to ransomware attack from our third party logistics since 31st of January 2020, and they were unable to ship some other orders because they don't have working computers to assist the delivery. We understand that this is kind of frustrating because we also have a lot of orders that are still pending from the warehouse and we don't have further advise yet about the ETA.
However, we are doing a manual processing an order to ship the parcel quickly as we can. We are hoping to ship the parcel within the end of next week and once the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation including your tracking number to check the parcel upon delivery.
I placed an order on the 3rd and it's still "being packed", last week they said it would be shipped by the end of next week.
I believe they use TOLL and orders are all caught up in their IT/CyberAttack dramas - that said, communication has been horrible. I ordered on 2/2 and still haven't heard a word and stuck at processing.
Yep same here 2 weeks still "packing"
I just spoke with them and they said warehouse is up and running again after the cyber attack but they have a big backlog of orders so it might take a while before they can ship them all.
Can we get our money back?
If they haven’t shipped it yet I don’t see why not, but I think they will ship out everything this week so if you’re not in a rush wait a few more days.
Not really mate, it is all good. Give them another week see if they will get that delivered,
I've tried they said no cannot amend or cancel so have to wait to receive and send back

lucky I supposeI paid $127 for the NMD R1 primeknits in the last deal but like most, still waiting for them to be shipped.
Fair enough that they're having issues that are out of their hands but their communication could be so much better. Almost puts me off buying direct from them again.
Surely they will include some kind of compensation for this, there's plenty of cheap stuff they could offer us to apologize. Cuz this is ridiculous and their communication is appalling.
Just manuallg checked my order status and they shipped apparently…didn't even notify me that they've shipped! I don't remember their system being this bad.
Mine is just waiting to be packed.

I know issues happen but adidas communication on this has been terrible
Mine arrived today, express post so that's one positive out of the whole situation. Still took 13 business days all up.

Really poor service but did only take 2 days to arrive once they shipped it. I couldn't even track it though, tracking number provided never showed up with Auspost.@whitelie: Did you get email to say shipped? Mines still waiting to be packed and they wont let me cancel
@Jono258: No, nothing. I was checking it manually every couple of days then on the 17th it said shipped and had a tracking number but it was useless.
