A bit cheaper than the last deal where they were $1.40-$1.50ea. There's also no minimum quantities, if you just wanted to try 1 of each flavour or similar.

The % off, is a bit all over the place, as it's off the last sold price (some of which were already matching Coles/Woolworths special pries). For example the first item (Organic Coconut Banana and Acai) is $1.20 & 40% off, but is actually $2.70 at Coles or $1.85-$2.15 when on special. Quite a few are over 50% off the regular price and still a fair bit cheaper than the 'special price' from what I have found.

  • Does this need to be stored in fridge temperature?

    • +2

      Nope, just in your pantry/kitchen cupboard.

      I don't believe Amazon AU sell refrigerated/frozen goods.

      "most of it added sugars

      Source? None of the ingredients i've read lead me to that conclusion.

      Fruit contains a decent amount of sugar. Doesn't make it automatically bad.

        https://www.amazon.com.au/Only-Organic-Vanilla-Custard-Month…

        From 6 months old. 8% sugar. Sugar is the second ingredient.

        Please, for their sake, feed your kids real food.

        • +5

          ok.. well done.

          Bit rough to cherry pick the one called "vanilla custard" and fire a blanket statement against an entire range of products though..
          Most of which have no added sugar.

          Regardless, no one is suggesting a diet of pouches. But as emergency food in the heading out bag when you have to just grab the kids and get out the door, absolutely invaluable.

              @ChickenTalon:

              grabbing some nuts or carrot slices is just as easy

              you feed your 6 months old just 'some nuts'? Whole nuts?
              Definitely might want to revisit safe eating options there while telling others how to feed their kids

              • -3

                @SBOB: Obviously (maybe not to some I guess) you need to be careful with safe eating. Why don’t you try plain Greek yoghurt then?

                  My kids are well past the pouch eating stage, without needing your incredibly amazing parenting assistance.

                  More the point that telling others how superior you're child raising is due to <insert arbitrary thing you think you're superior at> is best left to yourself, or at least whatever mummy facebook group you want to act superior at.

                    @SBOB: As I said. It’s good to start your kids on their diabetes journeys early. Not just me saying this.

                    But justify away if it helps. These are not needed and should be banned or sold with warnings about the long term effects. Some people just don’t want to hear it I guess, easier to justify past choices.

                      @ChickenTalon: no, no… you're clearly right

                      Thanks for enlightening us all on how superior you're parenting knowledge is. Please create a book containing this incredible information and post a deal, so we can all buy it and hopefully raise more healthy, wise and opinionated children

              @ChickenTalon: Pureed fruit is an added sugar? Here i was thinking pureed fruit was pureed fruit

            • +1

              @ChickenTalon: I feed my kid weetbix (kids version), a few scoops of puree fruit and a couple of scoops of ground nuts. Does the job just fine and wouldn't call him a sugar addict.

            • +1

              @ChickenTalon: My children had pouches and have always preferred veggies and fruit over junk food or sweets…. so what's your point?

        Uh yeah it does if it's processed.

    • +6

      None of these have any added sugars. I am not sure where you are seeing this?

    • Lol wow that escalated quickly.
