While the actual body of the T&C's don't state it's only open to people who fit this criteria it does say that the questionaire/survey must be completely filled out and it is entirely at their discretion to judge whether the entry is valid or to disqualify. So, sure, you could lie, if you haven't been to one of their outlets in the last month (say if you live nowhere near one)… but be prepared to lie convincingly, I guess?
