A No, our operations are solely online. We are Sydney based. You can purchase our products directly from our website and we also sell on eBay
Q Why can I buy Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha on eBay for much cheaper?
A Yes this is true. But beware of cheap matcha from eBay. Most cheap variants are not actually from Japan. Some are just any old green tea leaves that haven't been shade grown nor stone milled and picked from a harvest long time ago. Check the packaging date as well, as Matcha generally has a 12 month shelf life.
Q Is this Australian stock or drop shipped?
A Yes, this is Australian stock. Our matcha is packaged and labelled directly from the farm so there's no double handling. The matcha sold with this set was packaged on 6th February 2020.
Q The utensils in the tea set, where are they made?
A Whisk and bamboo scoop are made in China. The Chawan matcha bowl is hand made in Mino JAPAN.
