  • How many mp would be recommended for the print ?

    • at least 150dpi

      • +2

so if we sent a file @ 250dpi per inch is you printer only downsize it to 150dpi?

        • would love to know answer to this as well, as i normally use 300dpi

        • I used a calculator online for the dimensions of the A2 page and it came up for 150dpi you needed Atleast 8mp? Not really familiar with this photograph stuff

        • I would say it will print @ 250dpi with 150dpi being the minimum recommenced res to produce a usable print.

      • Thank you sent a pm, unsure if I uploaded correctly?

  • $18 shipping to Melbourne

    • Hi there, sorry shipping rate was incorrectly setup. it should be $9.99. That pricing is for any quantity Australia wide.

      Fixed now.

  • How do you ship it? Rolled up and in a cardboard tube? Where are you located? Is there no chance of pickup?

    • Hi these will be supplied in poster tubes via Aus Post. You can pick up in store in Perth

      • Where in Perth is local pickup?

  • is it possible to print A2 size from iPhone X's taken photos?

    • Hi yep no problem at all

      • just that, i used officeworks to print a photo only to A4 size, from their Kiosk using iPhone's photo, the print was pixelated…

i may give you guys a shot. thanks.

        • They answered your question though?

Anyway, look at Topaz Gigapixel - it's not perfect but should be able to enlarge your photos. You have a 30 day free trial.

What colour profile is recommended for the files?

    • What profile you like. Our RIP will interpret the final print colour

      • +5

most places run with either is the file is either srbg/adobe 1998 or cymk. if you cannot tell your clients what colour profile they should be using i would be very concerned.

Printing place that cant provide answer about color profile… might want to check with your "lab guys"

there was a time i submit my SRGB and got a product on CMYK :(
          colour wash out

          • @langitbiru: Hi there this wasn't with us I assume?

            • @easyprintandsignco: definitely not you guys.

              by the way

is the delivery to Melbourne $18 for your magnetic car sign 600mm x 300 mm? is this correct ?

              • @langitbiru: Hi yes as it's supplied in a different process via TNT. You can always add more product for the same shipping price.

        • Hi there it really depends on the input file. We do a lot of vector work as well as raster. As mentioned our RIP does a lot of interporeation based on the inout file. If your sending Photo images then yes I would suggest sending them as sRGB. All printers are bring on a minimum CMYK so the image has to be interpreted to that colour output.

      • Cool will upload tonight as it will be a 5 year marriage gift for Tuesday - good timing!

  • how much for a1 please?

    • Hi should be be a round the $6.70 mark. You'll have your price confirmed at checkout after you enter your voucher code.

  • Why so cheap. And how many A2 or A1 prints can you add to an order before the postage goes up.

    • Hi there. Simply a promo deal to get traffic to site. You can order as many as you like. Just a one note delivery charge no matter the volume. Also we ca sprint up to 1250mm wide by any length so you're not restricted to A2 or A1. We only used the A2 price as a comparison guide.

  • Cheers. OP, ordered :) Hopefully it will be nice!

  • Thanks I've order 6 prints. BTW your site is really slow to upload…

  • Anyone else received theirs yet? I almost forgot I ordered them as I was expecting to receive them within 5 days.
