Looking at buying this phone with the Coles credit card which has the price protection.
From what I understand they will only refund the difference if the price is cheaper in the SAME store, rather than any store.
Does anyone have any idea which store to purchase it from on this basis, i.e. the price now is irrelevant, but within 2 years which is likely to have dropped their price the most? I don't know if they'll price protect with promo code deals i.e. Ebay stores?

I have the coles card and have used the price protection regularly including for phones. Yep, same store, can be ebay but of course same supplier (i eg phonebot, mobileciti etc). They will price protect with promo codes so long as anyone can use the promo code..ie..cant use ebayplus only codes as this requires membership and any deals which require membership are out.

Was only a matter of time considering just how much OzB really took advantage of those policies. Now seemingly no one else offers anything similar for new customers.
Phonebot seem to be the best choice from what I can find on here. They had the S9 down to $549, no code required
