My trailer got stolen on 19th Feb from Everton Park QLD
I have CCTV footage. Pls help me to locate these thieves.

For all the butt-hurt, soft flower neggers out there, I have managed to find the rego of the Black Audi SUV;
Q DA 85Z
Qld Rego check comes back as "2017 AUDI Q2 WAGON", but does not give me a colour, but it does give a VIN, which could be used to do a PPSR and get the vehicle colour to see if it matches.
Still working on the Triton ute…

i'm amazed that you managed to extract the number plate. i can see the plates on the first video but i'm buggered if i can make anything out
It’s about getting an approximation on what it could be and then jamming those numbers into Qld Rego Check and altering what you can see with what alternatives there are and seeing what gets a match. Something that looks like an O narrows down that it wouldn’t be a K, J or I for example.
If I put in something and it gets no match, that wasn’t it. If it comes back as a Toyota Camry, chances are, that wasn’t it.
The biggest give away that the Audi wasn’t using stolen plates is the Euro (fropanity) plates they like to put on their pride and joy.
Why didn't you lock the trailer? no number plate can be identified.
How can anyone help?
Does your neighbour have a dash cam? You can try and get their number plate that way.
Also, get a proper HDD for your CCTV.
Already checked with him, unfortunately, he doesn’t have dashcam in that car. I have original high definition video, if anyone expert in video editing may extract the number plate.

@PROZ: You will be able to make out the number plate of the blue wagon if you get a 4k frame from the video and play around with it a bit in photoshop.
If you can maybe put one good shot from that second camera maybe we can get the second car involved.
If this was CSI, you could get finger prints from the chock they picked up and threw on your lawn.
Anyone can do it, just not as good as the police. The chock also needs to have been kept safe and not rained on etc.
@ozbs25: glove threads could be on it the chock if there was sharp edges. Could have previously used it without gloves too.

I'm sure even if you caught them in the act, you may have received a response that '.. I thought it was free..' or '..it's your fault for not locking it up..'
Unfortunately you can't trust that some people won't captialise on an opportunity when it presents itself.. or simply do the right thing.
Does your trailer have any distinguishing marks on it?
No. It is a fairly new trailer. However, I have customized it to have cover and ladder rack. It normally doesn't come both.

The Audi isnt being reported as stolen (yet), but it appears it may be a repairable write off and have finance owing on it…

Has this been shared on the local groups on facebook? eg stolen cars qld etc? Someone may recogise them. The police will also flag their details once given their number plates. The way brisbane is, they could have stolen this and just drive to the southside to sell it. I think i have seen a similar ute in another vid, so will have a look.

The video has a description : Tradies "stealing from my property in daylight" logan. Two people in tradie uniforms are in the white ute, might be similar to this one. They are kiwi/pacific islander in appearance. The driver is darker and larger built. His accomplice is thinner and looks similar to the guy who hitched your trailer. They are taking things from an acerage and the owner films them as they drive into the bushes and then drive off. I can't find the video, but maybe someone else can find it.
