Would Anyone Be Interested in a Deal for a Yeelight Alternative RGB+CCT / 1000lum (Google & Alexa)

I bought heaps of Yeelights back in the day when they were really affordable but the price of them these days has me looking at other options. I set out on a journey to find a cheap Chinese alternative a while back and after extensive testing have found a model that I think holds up against the YeeLights. In many ways even better, with increased brightness (1000lumens), RGB+CCT for dedicated white lights separate from the RGB LED's, better integration with Google Home (can explain this more if anyone wants to know what I mean).

I've been talking to some suppliers over in China to get a bulk order and drive the price down even further. I should be able to get them around $15 a bulb and should only need to add a couple $$ at most to cover shipping etc. I have an Amazon store that I can list through to give everyone peace of mind. But basically just reaching out to see if this would interested anyone because the MoQ is 50 units. Just trying to garner some level of interest before I place and order for 50 units.

Sure but I'll look up the model number and find the same bulb on aliexpress/banggood/wish and if yours isn't the cheapest I'm not going to buy.

Additionally having better Google Home integration is good but unlike the Yeelights I'm assuming this product won't have a well designed app and integration into the mihome eco system where I can use zigbee sensors and buttons. That actually makes it a worse product for my use case…

    • In your use case I suppose so. What I have found that as I use my Yeelights through Google Home 90% of the time there is issues with colour accuracy and lag etc. The model I have been testing is better integrated in that sense. But like I said for you use case, maybe not. And that's cool.

  • Tuya based?

    • Yeah

  • Can you send link or PM me some specs? I'm looking to find what flavour of ESP8266 we're dealing with here, hoping for TYWE3S….
