  • What’s the difference for my extra $42?

    • +1

      A new post.

      • +2

Yeah must have clicked on the amazon link and saw “flash sale”, must post.

    • This is bigger and not lite. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Fulfilled by Amazon so it will arrive and on-time.

    • Also want to know - can't find any info myself.

  • Will this work on Jeep Wrangle Unlimited 2016?
I saw a few posts on Amazon regarding flat battery if left on. is it worth it>

    • +2

To be honest, unless you cannot wait for the unknown and lengthy shipping time (up to 3 months from what I read), I'll get the freebie instead.

Regarding flat battery. Any OBD device will consume electricity when it is plugged in and it will drain the battery flat if you don't drive the vehicle often or the battery is already in a poor condition, just like when a cabin light is accidentally left lit.

  • +1

If it is read only and can't reset fault codes it's a useless obd adapter which is for amateurs.

    • +1

Fourth product image shows a Clear Codes button in the app. That is likely the limit of what this system can do.

    • +1

We ARE amateurs. I'd be disappointed in any mechanic shop ordering $0 tools off Amazon.

Or buy an OBD reader from China for 2-3 bucks and don't give a random company access to your shit.

Probably the same thing or similar with some telemetry built in
