  As per https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/dyson-big-ball-ori… it was $349 before. Some complained about crap suction. I am in market for powerful carpet vacuum.. any feedback from anyone who owns it?

    The $349 price is incorrect. It was posted buy a consumer. According to all news outlets. The big ball & v7 was $399. I'm not sure why that review said $349.

    Get a numatic henry, I use one heavily 5 days a week, suction is awesome, bags from uk are cheap, I cannot fault it I literally use it outside on super hot days cleaning cars all week and i cannot kill it

    Filter and bag changes are super easy too

  This is the older model which Dyson stopped selling. The barrel model that Dyson is currently is Cinetic Big Ball, of which the major difference is you do not need to wash the filter in newer model. Also user reviews tend to be more favourably on the Cinetic Big Ball model compared to older Big Ball model.

  How do these corded vacs compare with the cordless ones in terms of suction? In theory they should be better but I'm hearing people disappointed.
