  I don't think Doordash will last long here. Their entire operation is a disaster, so many issues and the service fee + high delivery charges don't help.

  I got a $15 off $30 code the other day. Probably FEEDME15, but threw it away as they aren't even trying to compete with the market.

  Yep nice, I got the email for FEEDME5, but it won’t let me redeem it because it “can only be used by customers who received it by email.”

  This is so god damn frustrating - i got the FEEDME5 email, clicked the link to order and once i'm ready to checkout it says it's only available to those who recieved it via email but I did! And to use the link within the email, which i did. (profanity), why is this so painful

    I got feedme10 and had the same issue. I complained to doordash via the web form and they wanted a snap shot of my email, which I gave to them. They then credited $10 into my account.

    I won’t be using them again after I use my $10.

  Don't order from the unaffiliated restaurants either, even though the menus are fully listed. I paid for an order, then waited an hour on delivery, driver was listed and shown on map. Driver arrived and apparently the restaurant had no idea of my order and it was then cancelled on the status page. Within a minute had an email saying my order was cancelled and would be refunded which it has. I also had a load of calls from an American line when this was happening that asked have I got my order yet. Makes me wonder how on earth they would confirm orders with the unaffiliated establishments?

    Another nightmare experience for me again tonight, should have known better. Like others, code didn't apply despite receiving the email. CS rep told me place the order and they'll apply. Now they gave me a $5 DD credit, no refund/credit to existing order. Scamming, lying, incompetent pricks are what DD are - they shouldn't be operating in Australia. Don't even bother talking to them on the phone, they can't help and don't have a clue what is going on it's like talking to an alien. Now i'll have to do a chargeback via my bank I think.
