GoPro Third Party Products

I’m about to buy the GoPro 8

Is it worth buying the cheap accessories bundles on eBay or should I pay top dollar for official stuff

Just wondering if the eBay stuff is nasty quality or not

Anyone had experience??

  I have a GoPro hero 4 from a few years ago.

  I brought a cheap accessories kit from eBay (the one that comes with a heap of stuff).

  I've only ever used the selfie stick and the buoyant hand grip.

  I mostly use the buoyant hand grip as it not only floats in water but can be used as a mini selfie stick.

  I would buy again from eBay if needed.

  Edit: actually now that I think about it, I'm sure OzBargain recommended to grab one of the cheap eBay kits.

  Depends on what U use it for.

  I never bought the 40+pcs kit because I only needed head mount, chest mount, selfie stick, suction cup mount and short floating stick.

  I guess U get what U pay for, I have lost a GoPro to the deep blue from using an eBay selfie stick before..

  I have cheap ebay accessories kit (30$) for my gopro hero 7, and i am very happy with it. I wouldn't pay top dollar for official gopro stuff.

    yeh you can get about a million pieces for $30 on ebay but i would hate to lose my gopro because i cheaped out….thanks for your feedback

      Nothing is wrong with that kit. I've tested it out and i still have my unscratched Gopro :)

  I don't understand why people like to buy the cheap ebay kits. it's like cheap shit. I don't mind if gopro is ised indoor but we use it mostly outdoor. I really don't recommend cheap ones
