Bonus flybuys Points? First Choice

Hi,

I recently bought during a promotion which included 1,000 flybuys bonus points.

Anyhow, checking my account I only received 40 points and no bonus points?

Whom would be best to contact? I emailed Flybuys, waiting for a response.

In the past I just call them and they credit my account, or indeed they say that it's X department and they'll review it and get back to me in 2 weeks.

Also double check the conditions of the promo to ensure your purchase actually qualified.

you also have to allow up to 4 weeks after END of any promotion for missing points
they will just tell you to contact them again after 4 weeks and they will investigate, then they will tell you that you failed to activate the offer but they will give you the points as a one off

Not sure why but I always need to call them for the bonus points of 1st Choice
They never arrive by itself…
