Sony WF-1000XM3 on PS4 or MS Surface

As per title, has anyone manage to connect WF-1000XM3 to either PS4 or MS Surface Pro?

Edit:
According to further google search , it should be able to https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00231494
I will try it later.

Edit 2: Look like PS4 not supporting Bluetooth Audio due to lag. Fair call.

PlayStation 4 doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices without workarounds but there's no reason the Surface doesn't work. Even AirPods work on them.

Edit: Looks like many people have issues with them connecting to Windows 10 but a firmware fix late last year may have resolved that. Try and update them and see if that helps.

    • Look like I answer my own question, only good on listen to music in either way due to lag. But I will see if it's work with surface pro later.

      • Yeah, it works in Windows 10, but the lag kills watching movies, even with other audio codecs.

You can always plug it in using the 3.5mm jack.

        • If using Windows 10 you can use VLC to offset the audio to compensate for the audio delay. But not sure if you could do the same for something like Netflix

  • I have. But have had to use this overpriced expensive dongle. But it does work very well and allows me to connect any bluetooth audio device to my PS4. https://avantree.com/au/leaf-bluetooth-usb-audio-transmitter

    • Do you noticing any lag?
