Plenty of options, but as it is a long weekend in Melb this Sat/Sun I don't like your chances of getting any discounts.
If you are stuck, RACV always offer permanent discount about 10% roughly. It's better than nothing.
Park at Airport West shopping centre.
Walk.
Have a surf at urbn surf.
Walk.
Arrive at terminal.
You can park anywhere near urbn surf on the side streets and walk

Value car park is $10 for four hours. Good for pick up or farewell. Short shuttle bus ride to the terminal.
Melbourne Airport Long-term parking is pretty cheap and close to the airport (they have shuttle service). Just look out for a discount code.
