Samsung RU7100 and Yamaha 108B Video Pass through

Hello,

Given that the Samsung RU7100 and Yamaha 108B seem to come up regularly here on OzB I am hoping someone might have this combination and can offer advice.

I can not get the XBox or Vodafone TV to display when plugging into the HDMI input on the Yamaha soundbar. The soundbar is plugged into the TV through the ARC HDMI input and that is working as the soundbar switches in and off with the tv remote and sound is coming through the soundbar for all connected devices (Foxtel and XBox when XBox plugged directly into TV).

The frustrating part is that the pass through worked previously when the soundbar was plugged into a Hisense P6.

I am hoping it is just a setting I am continuing to miss despite having navigated through the settings a few different times.

Does anyone have the same combination and have the passthrough working? Given the TV only has 3 HDMI inputs and ARC is being used by the soundbar I am really keen to use the HDMI pass through on the soundbar to connect my Vodafone TV.

Any advice on settings to try or anyone with the same combination working that would be happy to share their settings would be most appreciated.
