Ethiopian Sidamo
This is a high quality washed coffee bean from the Ethiopian Sidamo region. Growing altitude 1500-2220 masl. The Ethiopian Sidamo region produces versatile coffee beans that suit all coffee types. It is well-balanced, has great body and a pleasant mouthfeel. Roasted to medium with cupping notes exhibiting peach and citrus (lemony) with complex sparkling acidity. This coffee bean is an amazing single origin.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Over a number of years, the Yirgacheffe subregion has developed a distinguished reputation for fine coffees, producing some of the most sought-after microlots in the world. The indigenous ‘heirloom’ varietals - which grow wild in Ethiopia -are responsible for the unique flavour notes which make for an unusual but beautifully refined cup, characterised by strong citric acidity, sweet chocolate and floral/herbal notes of lavender, jasmine, bergamot & hops.
A pleasingly exotic washed coffee – this Ethiopian holds all the characteristics we love about a washed Yirgacheffe. It is clean, sweet and strikingly complex.
