Should use OLA more often. They're still operating all of Sydney. Uber takes 27% commission whereas Ola takes 15%. Don't support those grubs
I've not had much in the way of trouble getting a car, however it's sometimes not as fast as Uber. I've usually found the wait is less than 10 mins and I'm rarely in a rush and Ola is often much cheaper, so I'm happy to wait a few minutes more.
In Melb, it usually takes less than a minute for a driver to show up.

Same here, I've got AUS10 instead that works for me.
this deal is always on. But an $8 cap makes it only good for short rides.
only useful if you can get a car. ive never been able to get a car from anywhere but the airport. i asked an uber driver and they said the codes (customer has to give code) for pickups drive them nuts and they dropped the company.
