  • Any bought their cleanskin?

    • Yep 2 or 3 times. Definitely noticed a difference between the batches, I reckon one was a single origin, and the one I’m using now is one of their cheaper blends. Still they are all good and it was roasted the day before I received it in the mail

    Any deal on filter range?

  • 250g… $15
    20% discount… $12
    Postage… $7.70

250g for $19.70 is not gonna do it on OzBargain

    • Ouch. Although if you buy by the kilo it's not too bad. Not as good as some other recent deals though.

Once you go Five Senses, you can't go back to others (I've tried). For those of us who got sucked in on that price-error "just pay shipping" non-promo Five Senses honored; this is great.

I'm hooked on their Crompton Rd blend, sucked me I with the same offer

I've tried some other roasters since and ended up just going back to 5 senses

    • Free pickup available.

If only they had free postage.. $49 for a kg delivered is a bit steep, you can pick up a kg for under $40 from a local cafe

    • A bag of five senses coffee for under $40 /kg? Where? Other than this deal of course

      • Sorry wasn’t referring to these specific beans, I’m yet to try them. I drink ONA coffee which is probably the same quality as these if not better.. $35 a kg from a cafe across the street cause they pass their discount onto their customers. $40-$50+ elsewhere. I’m sure there a cafes that do the same with five senses, I just haven’t come across any that stock it in my area

        • Which cafe? 35 is pretty decent!

I think you're quite lucky, because most cafes I've bought beans from charge normal RRP and usually aren't that fresh either - there isnt a high turnover of retail beans in cafes. I tend to buy online to guarantee freshness. ONA looks like good coffee, if they ever do a deal I would be keen to try them out :)
