There was a recent promotion for bonus SSD by redemption with the purchase of eligible Gigabyte GPU's. So far they have not delivered despite it being three months, yet the terms say will be sent in four weeks. Support are surprisingly not concerned, and even on verifying valid claim, are stating that the event was popular and if not received by mid March contact them again.
What do you think? Are you awaiting one too? Is this acceptable, I mean they are a massive manufacturer and hard to see them claiming to be being short of drives for so long for this promotion?

It ended end of January. Sent out 4 weeks is end of February. Plus a few days for actual delivery. They said:
Which is at most 2-3 weeks late. Especially given coronavirus screwing up everyone's supply chains, that doesn't seem unreasonable.
EDIT Gigabyte is a Taiwanese company right? Are the SSDs coming from Taiwan? That would make it absolutely understandable given Covid-19.
