Hi, I am planning to travel to Flemington to see the new cirque du soleil show. I have never been to Flemington before but from my initial research, all the suburban street parking appears to be permit only. Any recommendations on where I can park nearby without burning a hole in my wallet (coming from someone who on average spend less than $15/year on paid parking).

There is tons of parking near the showgrounds when there isnt an event on at the showgrounds for free but there will be a walk from the entry to the racecourse to the circus area .
If there is an event on at the showgrounds its a longer walk.
Coles has 2 hours free parking but the circus might run longer .

Next to the racecourse but theres no parking inside without permission
The coles is like a 300m walk to the entrance and maybe another 500m to the place they will have the circus at
Side streets nearby will be a little further but you should have no issue finding a spot
Parking At the racecourse you are looking at probably $15-$20
How much if you ride your horse to the Racecourse? lol
I hear horses are pretty expensive to upkeep. Plus, I would want a Shetland Pony, so my journey in might take even longer.
Will the show go on considering many events are being cancelled?

if the event is held at the racecourse you maybe able to park in the member's areas.
