Opal Top up at Woolworths No Longer Receive 4c Fuel Discount?

As per topic, I used to receive 4c fuel discount when I topped up my Opal card at Woolies. It seems like it's no longer a thing?!
I went to apply my discount after filling up a tank at the woolies/caltex servo and it showed no fuel vouchers available. I even went into my rewards account and sure enough, there are 0 available vouchers.
Since when did they change this? I've looked on the rewards site and all I could find was "Purchases of gift cards, lottery and smoking products are excluded from the $30 qualifying purchase amount."

    Caltex Woolworths will be EG (Euro garages) fuel formally soon. Some changes are coming. There's a short notice on Rewards webiste now.

    Stopped topping up at woolies when I found out they stopped giving points too

    I rather top up at coles now. Esp when it helps me fulfil the "spend x get y points"

    go get fuel from 7-11 via price locks - prices will be better than the 4c off

    It's been like that for quite a while, at least 6 months, I don't remember. That's why I stopped bothering with WRs, I get a better discount with a Wish e-card. The T&Cs you quoted look old. Here is the latest:
