910

First time poster - hope this is fine.

Fit Affinity have their 12 Week Home Workout Plan available for free up until the end of the month.

Saving of $33.99 AUD.

I successfully got it - no payment details needed.

Thought some may like this who can't make it to the gym in the current situation! I haven't looked at the guide it looks pretty standard, but thought some may find it helpful :)

Judging by the photos and the reviewer names, this is not very suitable for men?

    • +2

Having a quick look at the workout plan, I see no reason why it wouldn't be equally suitable for men. However, the website/products are specifically targetted to women, as I would expect they'd be much more likely to buy something like this.

    • If you want to make it more manly, add pullups and handstand pushups.

No probs. I do a few each week and have been for over a year or so. They are pretty good.

Fitness Blender is excellent. They also have a few of their programs on sale at the moment (https://www.fitnessblender.com/plans) but there are also literally hundreds of free videos as already said.

I've had better results in 18m with them than 3 years doing gym workouts.

  • Thanks OP great find thanks for sharing
