    Not all shirts are $20. I filtered for Fitted shirts, and there were only a handful that are at $20.

      i got some pants and a suit jacket a couple of months ago. not sure about chinos but suit pants all come with unfinished, extra long, leg unless you pay +20 to get them hemmed to length.

      I figured it would be better to get them hemmed to the correct length locally and i'd be able to get it done cheaper than $20. turns out ~$25 per pair is going rate. did one pair myself with iron on hem tape but though it worked perfectly they came unglued first time i got them dry cleaned. ended up getting sisters to help me sew them properly as apparently you don't borrow a ladies sewing machine.

    Ordered 3 shirts on 22 March and haven't even received an email confirmation of the order. No record of the order when I log into the store account either. No communication from the store after I sent them an email over a week ago. What a terrible experience. Lodged a dispute through PayPal. Bunch of clowns.
