I've bought a voucher from ouffer.com from allstarcapert to clean the house for $59

I'm having difficult time when try to contact allstarcapert them to booking appointment, any time I called they asked to leave message on the answering machine and they didn't call back!I also wrote to [email protected] as well and no one reply back!
Could anyone please let me know what I suppose to do please.

  For a moment I thought it was the same one I've been having trouble with, but turns out mine is Weston Sparkles (OurDeal). Called a few times to try to make an appointment and was told they would get back to me…in 10 working days. What??

    You may be interested to know that Weston Sparkles has been liquidated on 7th Nov and their phone numbers and website have been taken down. You would need to contact OurDeal to request for a refund.

  for anyone that not able to get the service from this groupon, please contact your credit card company and filled charge back to the merchant, rather than you waste your time in here.
