What is this insect or pest?

There are many of them in my garden. They are 2 - 3mm long.

How to get rid of them?
Are they dangerous?

    Looks kinda like an Aphid, but slightly different.
    Maybe just a "stink bug". They're probably no harm to humans and animals, feeding on plants.
    
    Best course is to leave them alone.

Look likes aphids, not harmful to people but can damage your plants. Ladybugs will eat them.

teaspoon or two of dishwashing detergent to a litre of water in s spray bottle will take care of them aphids.
