Internet Slooow for anyone else?

Obviously there have been slowdowns recently but over the last half hour I've been getting less than 2 Mbits/s on Catch (Optus).

Must be the unemployed baristas waking up?

Exciting update:

I left my fortress and the internet works again. Thank you for your feedback.
