Need Help! No Audio When Play Truehd Atmos on Nvidia Shield TV

I am facing the issue with Nvidia shield tv 2017. There is no audio when play Truehd Dolby atmos HEVC Hdr10 videos. It work well with DTS-HD.

Audio info on onkyo is :
Dolby atmos/TrueHD in
48khz
Dolby atmos 5.1.2 out

My setup is
Nvidia shield tv - onkyo tx nr575e - Hisense p7(arc)
Players tried:
Plex, Kodi, VLC with passthrough.

Trubleshooting so far :
Reset shield tv and avr.
Tried 4 different HDMI cables.
Tried pure mode.

Nvidia shield tv and onkyo tx nr575e both support truehd Dolby atmos.

If someone please help me to fix this.

Does it have a license to play it? Maybe try a different app that may have the license to decode it.

It might be the ARC connection. Is it possible to disconnect the TV and check if TrueHD audio plays out of the Onkyo?

  I tried didn't make any difference. Even i tried with cec function off no success.
