I am looking for all in one computer. Basically its 4GB Ram, Microsoft office and reliable. My budget is less $1000 as possible. Thank in advance

I would also ask whether you need good battery life for traveling to customers and product support if there is something wrong with the product?
I'd look into Lenovo Thinkpad E series and Dell refurbished business laptops. Business laptops tend to be built better and better support.

Aware you don't want used laptops but the Dell outlet has really good priced devices which have warranty and support, out of all if I were you I'd go with the Inspiron 15 - 5593 for $889
8Gb RAM and a suitably sized SSD (likely at least 256Gb) should be your minimum requirements IMHO
4Gb is insufficient. the system will be paging continuously with even basic usage.

Also if for 'work' and you will be staring at it for hours the screen quality and resolution is important
I would go larger - 14" or 15" and 1920x1080
For long use I find smaller screens not ergonomic - but a cheap monitor kb+m can easily be used in additionYep, excellent additional point
