Can your beans be ordered for a specific date? Purchased a kilo of beans last week and won't be needing them for a few weeks.
Our dispatch team has advised that age on our coffee is anywhere between 1-3 days old at the moment. If you won't be needing them for a few weeks (let's say 14-20 days) we recommend keeping it in the pantry or cool space, away from sunlight.
