Best Place to Buy PS4 or Xbox One + Extra Controller

At home all day due to COVID-19.

Never really upgraded from a XBOX 360 and now looking at PS4 ane Xbox Ones.

I have checked the prices, they are all $250+.

I want to spend a maximum of $250 including the extra controller.

Is there any chance good deals will come around?

Piggy-backing off this, do most electronic retailers here in Australia (So mostly Ebgames, Jbhifi, Harvey Norman) havd EOFY sales on game consoles? I can't remember if they normally do.
