I rather they give a discount code, I have 4 of Subway within 5 mins walk and 1 of them are right next to my block.

  • Single order or can it be used multiple times?

    • Just once

Wouldn't be surprised if they revoke the deal now. They've revoked at least two deals that surfaced on OzBargain.

This one seems not to be so bad. I got a promotion in my email for 5 free deliveries.

      Code EATS351

        Thanks this worked!

Noice. Just two foot long subs and a cookie would be qualified for free delivery.

    • I think the footlongs are all over $7.50 on uber?

      • How much are they usually? In my area the absolute cheapest is $8 at stores and I thought that was a decent price :o

The prices on Uber are jacked more than an eBay sale

          • @jamestownfx: I know that but there are stores who still have the same price on ubereats. My question was how much is the cheapest in stores cause I've never even seen them at 7.50

            • @sub102: Oh, I didn't realise any stores had the same price on uber. I thought everything was jacked on there.
Cheapest I've seen in a store lately is the $8 ones

I just looked up my local

And uber came up with $13.35 to 14.90 for a foot long

Certainly not worth it for me, even with free delivery

        Weren't they 9.95

        • The prices on uber are much higher than in store prices.. 🤦‍♂️

          • @jamestownfx: i don't blame them when Uber takes a ~30% cut of the sale in addition to charging the customer a delivery fee (probably why they do so many free delivery promos).

          • @jamestownfx: ive only used uber once or twice before,

but I was under the impression, uber prices had to be the same as in store prices?

or is that rule just ignored

            • +1

@Samsungnote10: Nah, take a look through the app, prices on uber eats are way higher than in store for almost every company on there

              • @jamestownfx: A I've noticed prices generally thought it was against the rules.

Well a place a friend works at and their next door dont raise prices due to the rules

Have nothing against stores raising prices, if people want to pay it its up to them

  • No luck here. Successfully adds the code but the promo comes up as 'currently unavailable' on a $28 order. St Lucia, Bris.

Tried your location and you're right but then when I tried the next nearest location (Indooroopilly) it works and their stuff are cheaper too

      • Thanks mate.

  • Do people still eat Subway? All the ones around here seem deserted (even before COVID-19).

    • In my area all we have is subway and domino's so not much bargain options unless you just want hot chips or a Chinese cuisine special.

Would kill for a KFC or McDonald's here or a hunrgy jacks.

One of the sandwich artists could have rona and be breathin' all over your sub. Pass

My concern is that sometimes they don't change gloves between sandwiches and even use the cash register with the same gloves. You only have to watch the workers in a foodcourt for 45 seconds to be scared of some of the hygiene practices. Usually I wouldn't care…but now I can't stop thinking about it.

Combined with free 600ml Coke (auto applied).

    Thanks :)
