    My box of lavender scented tissues from the last Amazon tissues deal arrived today, and unfortunately the box had been squashed in transit. The helpful Amazon CS rep. I got in touch with was very sympathetic, and due to that product no longer being in stock to send a replacement, I was kindly given a refund and allowed to keep the box, misshapen though it was.

    Good service from the big A.
