i have been looking around for a greenhouse 10mx4m but couldnt find anywhere even Bunnings.
The only place i found the greenhouse fits my requirement is

Has anyone bought from this website and how are they doing? Saw some neg feedbacks.
Or could anyone recommend where i can find greenhouse with the requirement?

Heirloom tomatoes.
I live in harsh conditions but I want organic heirloom tomatoes. They are not insect/fungus/drought/bird resistant so the only way to have them unadultered is to control the crap out of the climate.
Store bought is a far cry.
Wow i didnt know that we need permit for a greenhouse. It will be built on an existing concrete slab.
The one from sproutwell greenhouse is quite expensive and how’s your experience so far with the greenhouse?
The Sproutwell is doing well.
Many of my neighbours also have a greenhouse. One of them has one of the clear plastic sheet over aluminum frame. It's doing quite well for some local ferns but it looks terrible and is always needing repairs.
Another has a cheapie from Catch. I don't think it is there anymore. I doubt it survived even a year.
Another has one that is a competitor to Sproutwell. Cost was pretty much the same. It is doing well.
Someone has a custom build with timber frames etc. It's an octagon but I reckon it adds up to 30 sqm. It too is doing well and was going to do the same until I was informed of the cost. It was well over $50k. Plumbed and powered.

Permit? The only permit i need for my backyard is from my wife.

I have one of these (in a slightly smaller size). Not cheap but up to building code.
