    The claim is that vacuum blenders produce blends that are smoohter and less frothy due to [most of] the air being drawn out of the vessel prior to blending.

      You are correct, reduces oxidisation and more nutrients left intact, similar to using the worm wheel juicers that work on lower rpm.

        I would imagine that oxidisation wouldn't be much of an issue. You blend it then drink it, hardly any time for stuff to start oxidising. Otherwise you'd peel a banana then say "Yuk, I ain't eatin' that, it's oxidised!"
