Saw this on the 48 hours sale on torpedo7. Very good cassette weight only 280g for a very good price.

    Good price but cheaper here:
    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=8333
    (approx $79 delivered)

Or even cheaper here if you are prepared to rock a pink one:

    (approx $65 delivered)

Real ozbargainers go pink. Price is everything

      • The ultimate question, pink or brown?

      • why would they make a pink one for?

        • I think they made it so you can spot an OZBargainer when he rides past.

    • Pink + Spraycan FTW

(But only if you are over 18, and can legally buy the paint)

    • REAL ozbargainers get a HG50 for £15, or a PG950, or …

What is the difference between all those cassettes? A few grammes? The colour?
The only time I've worn them out is when I forgot to check the chain for wear.

      • quality and number of teeth

    • agree with bretprew - good price, but cheaper from uk.

i would prefer buying from aussie/kiwi company, but that means paying an additional 20% compared to crc.. hmm :/

  • Would this be a good replacement for the $59 kmart bike?? lol

The whole bike? yep, it would.

This is Torp7's "normal" sale price. Happens to be on special pretty often, but they have had it for $76.99 & $79.99 in the past. With $9 postage as well, the CRC prices makes this a non-bargain.

though their weekly bargain of the $20 floor pump is excellent and definite must have for any cyclist

      • real ozbargainers would have bought their house in a strategic manner so as to be next to a service station for free air and water

      • Actually i bought a floor pump from kmart the other day for 20 bucks. very good quality pump with a decent guage. inflated my 26" tyres to 45psi in about 8 pumps.

But of irony considering my post above lol

True, true. I have the same model but without the gauge (boh who). I am very happy with it, only wish it had a gauge
