I was trying to set a call forward on my Telstra work phone. It worked OK but now I can't now seem to cancel this divert. It's an Android phone. I tried the codes found on the internet. There's a return message saying the divert has been cancelled every time I enter the code but it does not get removed.
Telstra chat and call centres are unavailable.
Any help would be appreciated.
