Why do you say so?
My current pair have been worn 5 days a week for the past 18 months are are still holding up.
The problem for me is how variable it is, I've had pairs last 2 years and then some barely survive 6 months. At this price it shouldn't be a YMMW situation.

Personally I've only ever purchased ankle boots which have been good value for myself.
Just grabbed a pair of the Briton Brown's, which came down to $126ish after cashback. Certainly better than the $229 I paid for the exact same pair 18 months ago.
They have some nice styles. How do these rate in terms of quality and comfort against bared?
Unfortunately many of the shoes only have 10-15% discount, so the extra 30% doesn't make a huge impact. Especially when sneakers are $220-230 and on sale at $190. Some however are discounted already 40%+, just nothing I like and I like the brand.
