Loaning a Monitor and or GPU for Testing

I'm experiencing an issue with my either my MSI FreeSync monitor or 5700XT GPU where I recieve black screens when starting any game until the monitor is powercycled.

While I suspect the issue is this MSI monitor, to help identify the cause, I'm looking to test with another monitor or GPU.

I'm located in the Northern Rivers area of NSW, and have no retailers locally. My nearest brick and mortor retailer is MSY, across the border in QLD, a place I cannot go with current border closures.

Given this, I'm looking for other options that don't result in me paying for a spare monitor and GPU that I can't return and I don't need.

Does any know of any online PC component retailers who offer a short-term no-questions-asked return policy? I've looked at a few stores including MSY and Mwave, none of which do. I'm absolutely willing to pay for freight in both directions.

Alternatively, are there any OzBargainers in the Northern Rivers area who have a FreeSync monitor I could borrow or have a RDNA based AMD GPU that I could test my monitor with?
