There have been numerous unsatisfactory account of the CDWow website.
You're better off just buying from ebay, plenty of 30 dollar games from shops with thousands of hits.

  I had bad experience as well… order and waited for 3-4 weeks and still nothing and item not shipped yet, in the end cancel the order and ask for a refund. On their website when I purchase, it says will be shipped within 7 days.

i pre-ordered a game in the past, waited approximately 2 months to be told its no longer available.
no refund policy applicable and exchange was offered.
replacement game took another 2 months to arrive.

just thought id share my experience with these guys.
