MEL to HK early October

Looking for flights from Melbourne to Hong Kong return from the 3rd or 4th to the 8th of Oct but I cannot find anything under $1000, any help would be appreciated.

    errr dunno where you've looked but as far as i know , flights to HK any time before december should be under 1000 (not inc tax) ….. and with tax should come to just over 1k . there was specials a while ago for qantas and cathay for about 800-900 i think !?

      Best I can get with qantas atm is just under $1300…
      I know last week they had em for around $900 but I had to confirm dates

      Actually, October is a busy time for HK and China because it's a peak trade fair period. Hotel and flights will be more expensive.
