It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all outta gum!

    • Fire in the hole, a$shole

    • Let God sort 'em out!

  • a new episode by the original creators? Is that coming to PC too?

  • I hate pigs! a classic.

Is this going to look terrible on a 55” TV?what's the native res?

    • -1

it's going to look terrible regardless, but it's a fun game

I downloaded it last night and played it on my 55" TV - it looked about as good as you'd expect it to, but was still very playable, and brought the memories flooding back!

    Duke turns 20 by Gearbox

    • Gets a re-release featuring less content than the last re-release (Megaton Edition) at a higher cost
    • Dope ass Megaton Edition is pulled from sale (sidenote: still bust out my Vita for this, put DN3D on Switch already)
    • Shoved in Bulletstorm for some reason (great game also) with dialogue that doesn't really fit
    • Popped up in that weird little Rad Rogers platformer game
    • John Cena "confirmed" for Duke movie that will never get made anyway
    • (profanity) AMAZING looking mobile port with DN64 and the PS1 game and stuff all in one, plus the DLC from Megaton…cancelled

Duke turns 20 by "3D Realms"

    • Ion Fury comes out on the Duke 3D engine, based on a canned sidekick from Duke Forever in the day, kicks (profanity) ass

I know which one I prefer.

PS. this is still a good port job and the new lighting and shit does look quite nice without losing any of the original style's charm, for 4 bucks I still strongly recommend it, if nothing else, it's a piss easy 1000GS.

    • Duke in Bulletstorm was hilarious!

      • Oh I loved it, and the OTT homo eroticism with Ishi was great. But after a while "burp I don't even know what I'm doing here" feels a bit lazy.

  • If anyone is on the fence, this only has 6hrs left
