Note that you can return any item to be exchanged if you need to try another size. We also have a no quibble 3 month refund policy if you are unhappy with the items. However, if you go onto the site and look for any shirt in the Curtis range of fashion shirts or a St James (slim fit) in the formal range you can check your size. The website is working with Fits Me, a robotic Mannequin. Go to the shirt you like and click on the Size Fitting room button. I wanted to get some but there was no size that fit the measurements for my man, according to the virtual fitting room. :( Sleeves would be too long when collar's the right size. >.>
I'd like to try some, but given that, the hassle of return shipping just doesn't seem worth it. Ah well. Nice designs anyway. :)

Not sure if this helps but sometimes I wonder is customers get too hung up on the collar size. Most office workers in the UK never wear a tie but still buy the shirt using the neck as the decision maker. If your man doesn't wear a tie to work then select a shirt using chest and sleeve length. I agree that the returns appears difficult, however just pop it in a bag and post it back if it doesn't fit. There is no difference in doing this in OZ or the UK.

Unfortunately we do not have a free returns policy from Australia. However, if you want to exchange a shirt we will allow one exchange where we pay the cost of postage back. You only pay to get it back to us.
Once you know which shirt is best for you, you never should need to send one back.

i just made an order (order id 352018, warehouse id 234786). just have a query regarding price. bought 3 shirts each 89 (buy 1get 2 free)
i thought because your said VAT refunded 20% plus code 10% means i need to pay 70% from 89?
(89*.7=62.30) then plus shipping 8.95, total would be 71.25 ? all in pounds
but seems like i have to pay 75.50 ? please confirm.

Received my order today. very happy with the service and quality. the slim fit shirts could have been a little "slimmer" but i only have myself to blame on that
Also, if the rep is reading this. I bought a 15 1/2 - 35 slim fit shirt. The shoulder and sleeve is perfect but it is a little too wide on the chest.
If I were to get a 15 - 35 next time, would the width on the shoulder be narrower as well? If so, by how much?
